Refund and Return Policy

At Tanishqa Creation, we take great pride in the quality of our ethnic wear. We inspect every piece manually before dispatching it to you. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Please read our policy carefully to understand the terms for returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept return or exchange requests ONLY under the following circumstances:
• Defective/Damaged Product: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage. • Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a product different from what you ordered (wrong color, size, or style).
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To ensure transparency and authenticity of the claim, an Opening/Unboxing Video is mandatory. • You must record a video while opening the parcel for the first time. • The video must show the label clearly and the condition of the product inside. • Claims for damaged, missing, or wrong items will NOT be accepted without a proper unboxing video.
Time Frame
You must report any issue within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
How to Initiate a Return
If your order meets the above criteria, please follow these steps:
Contact our Customer Support via WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours.
Provide your Order ID and attach the Unboxing Video and clear photos of the defect.
Once approved by our team, you will be guided on how to ship the product back to us.
Condition of the Item
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. If the product is found to be used or tampered with, the return will be rejected.
Refund Process
• Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund. • For Prepaid Orders: The amount will be refunded to the original source account within 5-7 business days. • For COD Orders: We will ask for your bank account or UPI details to transfer the refund amount. • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: • Products purchased during a Flash Sale or Clearance Sale. • Accessories and Jewelry. • Products that have been altered or customized at your request.
